Score 1 - 15.  Congratulations!  You have excellent powers of concentration.  You are able to give your mind an order and have it obey.  You are able to focus on what you want, when you want, for as long as you want.

Score 16 -  30.  Your ability to focus helps you in some circumstances, however your inability to focus hampers your effectiveness in other areas. You could improve your performance on and off the job by training your brain to do what you tell it to do.

Score 31-50.  Your mind is your worst enemy.  Your inability to pay attention is compromising your performance and your relationships.  Make it a priority to learn the skill of concentration to increase productivity in all areas of your life.
